Purchasing Used
Firearms
You will be entitled to a 2-day
inspection period upon receipt of the firearm at your Federal Firearms Licensee.
Notification of return must be made to Big Sky Guns, LLC within this inspection
period. Firearms returned must be in original unaltered condition and will
be shipped back to Big Sky Guns at your expense via signature-required
service.
We
do not offer any warranty or guarantee on used firearms. We advise you to have
any used firearm checked by a competent gunsmith prior to use. We are not liable
for any injury or damage due to not having a firearm
inspected.
